Hibri Marzook Musings on technology and systems thinking

Hibri Blog Post Suggestion Agent Workflow

Hibri Blog Post Suggestion Agent Workflow

1. Input Collection

  • Regularly scan Zettelkasten notes:
    • Permanent Notes (core ideas, developed thoughts)
    • Fleeting Notes (recent insights, questions, or observations)
    • Literature Notes (summaries and key points from books/articles)

2. Thematic Clustering

  • Group notes by recurring themes, tags, or related concepts (e.g., Platform Engineering, Systems Thinking, Organizational Change).
  • Identify clusters where:
    • Several notes reference each other or a common topic.
    • There are open questions, unfinished thoughts, or “to-finish” statuses.

3. Gap & Opportunity Detection

  • Highlight:
    • Notes that synthesize multiple sources or perspectives.
    • Unfinished or “inbox” notes that could be expanded into a full argument.
    • Connections between notes and recent blog posts (to avoid duplication and encourage building on previous work).

4. Suggestion Generation

  • For each promising cluster or note, generate a blog post suggestion:
    • Title (based on the main idea or question)
    • Brief outline (key points, arguments, or stories to cover)
    • References to supporting notes and literature
    • Potential diagrams or code snippets to include

5. Editorial Review

  • Present suggestions in a prioritized list (e.g., by novelty, relevance, or personal interest).
  • Allow you to select, refine, or combine suggestions before drafting.
